Telling SellFire which merchants you are approved to work with makes it easier for you to find products to promote. Once our software knows about your approved merchants, you can optionally limit search results to only products from those merchants.

You can enter your approved merchant relationships into SellFire in two different ways, manually and automatically. Both actions are done on the Merchant Relationships page.

To enter information automatically, follow these steps.

1. Log into your account
2. For Free and Professional subscribers, click the "My Networks" page. For premium members, this information is entered per profile, so first click “Profiles” and then select the profile you want to edit
3. On the Customer Profile page, click "Add" for the affiliate network you want to integrate
4. Enter in the requested information.
5. SellFire now has a list of all of your approved merchants
6. To refresh this list, you can click "Refresh" on the Customer Profile page.

To enter the information manually, follow these steps.

1. Log into your account
2. For Free and Professional subscribers, click the "Merchant Relationships" page. For premium members, this information is entered per profile, so first click “Profiles” and then select the profile you want to edit
3. Use the search panel on the left to find the merchant whose status you would like to set
4. Set your relationship status with each merchant by selecting the status via the drop down next to their name. Changes are automatically saved.

Note that updating your merchant relationship status on the SellFire site does not actually change your status with that merchant. You must still manage your affiliate applications with individual merchants via the affiliate network site.

You can now use this information to automatically filter your product search results to approved merchants. To do so, on the Search Tab of the Store Builder click the "Approved Merchants" check box located in the left hand search panel.
