To cancel your account, go to My Account > Account Information and click on Cancel Account.

Your account will remain active for the remainder of your billing period. After which, you will lose access to all of your stores and data, stores will no longer render on your website and all customer settings will be deleted.

Please note, if you choose to cancel your SellFire account completely, we do not provide refunds, or prorated refunds for partial month usage. Your account will remain active for the remainder of your billing period.
