User management: Managers, Reps, and teams
Add new, edit, organize, and configure Manager and Rep Editions, locations, and teams.
Chart View
The Chart View allows you to view your sales teams in a chart format, organize your teams by dragging and dropping reps' tiles, edit manager and rep settings and information individually, refill reps' queues of leads, and determine if you would like all reps to be able to see other reps' previous call notes on leads or only their own.
1) Create a Manager or Rep Edition. | 2) Create multiple Manager or Rep Editions through a .csv import. | 3) Download a .csv template to use for the bulk Edition import. | 4) Determine if reps can view all reps' call notes or only their own. |
5) Search Editions. | 6) Sort the Chart View alphabetically or rank reps by close/hold metrics. | 7) Toggle between Chart and List views. | 8) Edit individual Manager or Rep information and/or settings. |
9) View AE close rate or SDR hold rate per 100 prospects in the past 90 days. This is manually entered by editing the user. | 10) Assign a rep additional leads. | 11) Drag and drop reps to different teams. |
Individual manager settings
Edit first and last name, time zone, which site their team falls under (if applicable)*, their team name (by clicking on their team name at the top of their Chart View column), and if they are able to view, search, and filter all of your organization's leads via the System View > All Leads section.
* New sites can be created by reaching out to our Support team (support@sellfire.com).
Individual rep settings
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Role | Toggle between SDR and Account Executive (AE) account types. SDR accounts can live transfer demos. AE accounts can make sales. Once making this change, ensure the impacted reps log out of Sellfire, refresh their browsers, and then log back in. |
First and Last Name | Change how reps' names appear in Sellfire. |
Phone Number | New numbers can be purchased for reps by reaching out to our Support team (support@sellfire.com). |
Time Zone | Change reps' time zones. |
Close rate (AE) or Holds per 100 prospects (SDR) in the last 90 days | This is a manual configuration that will dictate the order that reps receive leads in the nightly automated lead assignment. To help optimize your organization's production, the highest scoring leads are assigned to the highest performing reps first. This can also be used as a reference to help with balancing teams. |
Availability | Configure specific reps' availability to schedule events separate from your organization's defaults that you configure in System Configuration > Scheduling Details. |
Nightly lead assignment filter: Channel | Configure if the rep will receive leads in the automated nightly assignment that originated as inbound, outbound, or both. |
Nightly lead assignment filter: State/Province | Configure if the rep will receive leads in the automated nightly assignment from specific states. Choosing "Only Assign" will limit the leads to those selected. Choosing "Do Not Assign" will assign leads outside of those selected. |
Nightly lead assignment filter: Industry / Sub-industry | Configure if the rep will receive leads in the automated nightly assignment from specific industries and sub-industries. Choosing "Only Assign" will limit the leads to those selected. Choosing "Do Not Assign" will assign leads outside of those selected. To turn off the automated nightly lead assignment for specific reps, only select "Only Assign" the "No Leads (No Auto Assignment)" industry. |
Nightly lead assignment filter: Lead Source | Configure if the rep will receive leads in the automated nightly assignment from specific lead sources. Choosing "Only Assign" will limit the leads to those selected. Choosing "Do Not Assign" will assign leads outside of those selected. |
Nightly lead assignment filters: Custom fields | Use values in your organization's custom boolean (true / false), dropdown, and multi-select dropdown fields to determine types of leads that reps will receive in the nightly automated lead assignment. Choosing "Only Assign" will limit the leads to those selected. Choosing "Do Not Assign" will assign leads outside of those selected. |
Turn off nightly automated lead assignment
To turn off the automated nightly lead assignment for specific reps, select Only Assign the "No Leads (No Auto Assignment)" industry in the reps' nightly lead assignment filters.
Creating new rep Editions - email address requirement for calendar sync
If you would like reps to connect their Google or Outlook calendars to Sellfire, it is important that you use an email address for their Edition that does NOT include any symbols or special characters (+, &, $, etc.) to ensure the calendar sync functions as expected. Because of this, if a user has multiple Sellfire Editions, it is recommended that you use their standard email address without any symbols or special characters for their Rep Edition and their email address with special characters (ie john.smith+enablement@bizname.com) for any Enablement or Manager Editions.
List View
The List View allows you to view your sales teams and their associated settings in a list format, update system field nightly lead assignment filters, teams, and time zones in bulk, and export your team settings for easy off-platform reporting.
1) Update multiple reps’ Teams, Industries, Lead Sources, Time Zones or Channels at the same time.* | 2) Delete multiple Editions at the same time. | 3) Export to csv. | 4) Manage which columns are visible in the view. | 5) Toggle between the Chart and List views. |
* The values that you select when bulk updating lead assignment filters will override any of the current values that the selected reps have for those fields.
For example, if Rep A currently has the General Contractor and Roofing industries and Rep B currently has the Siding and Law industries, if you bulk update them both to have the Accounting and Real Estate industries, both will only have the Accounting and Real Estate industries once the bulk change is made.
