Using My Leads / All Leads
Introduction to the All Leads Section in Sellfire
The All Leads section in Sellfire provides visibility into the organization’s lead pool, empowering users to view, filter, search, and manage leads efficiently. This feature is accessible through the System View in the left navigation menu.
Core Audience:
- Enablement Users
- Sales Managers (if granted access)
- Sales Representatives (if granted access)
This article also highlights the My Leads section, which provides similar functionality, restricted to rep-specific leads.
Using All Leads as a Rep
If you have access to the All Leads section, you can:
- Search and Filter Leads: Find leads quickly using the search bar or filters.
- Customize Columns: Use the Manage Columns button to select the fields displayed in the table view.
- Create and Save Views: Save commonly used filters for quick access.
- Bulk Claim Leads: Select multiple leads to claim them efficiently.
My Leads for Reps
For users without access to All Leads, the My Leads section offers similar functionality but is limited to leads assigned to you. Use My Leads to:
- Focus on leads already in your name.
- Search, filter, and create saved views specific to your assigned pipeline.
Common Use Cases for Reps
- Find assigned leads: Use My Leads or filter All Leads by Rep.
- Target leads by outcomes: Filter by Call Result and/or Lead History to follow up on specific interactions and activities.
Using All Leads as a Sales Manager or Enablement User
Sales Managers and Enablement Users benefit from advanced functionality in All Leads, including broader access and bulk actions.
Additional Bulk Actions
Beyond what reps can do, Managers and Enablement Users can:
- Reassign/Unassign Leads: Adjust assignments for team leads.
- Update Lead Statuses: Move leads to statuses such as Resting, Retired, Long Resting, or Customer (Max: 100 leads).
- Associate Leads: Group up to 10 leads at once for shared ownership.
- Export Leads: Download lead data for external reporting.
Common Use Cases for Managers/Enablement
- Redistribute leads: Use bulk actions to reassign or unassign leads as needed.
- Monitor team activity: Filter by Rep Activity to evaluate performance.
- Review organizational trends: Use filters like Sourced By User to track lead origins.

Accessing All Leads
