Create New Leads in Sellfire
Make a Zap that automatically creates leads in Sellfire based on events that occur in connected apps.

Note that in order for data to successfully sync to Sellfire, the field types (text, date, pick list, etc.) and any pick list options need to match the field types and pick list options that exist for those specific fields in Sellfire. This includes industry / sub-industry names, lead source names, any custom field types and pick list options that you have created in Sellfire (managed through System Configuration > Field Manager), etc. - Test your action: test your action to see if it's working as expected.
-
Optional: Add more actions
You can customize your Zap further with any of the following:

- Additional action steps: to add more actions, click the + icon after a step.

Send Sellfire Sales Data to Apps
Make a Zap that automatically sends sale data from Sellfire to connected apps upon confirmation of a sale in Sellfire. This is commonly used to transfer sales information to customer support teams' systems (if your support team is not using Salesforce or HubSpot).
Zapier dependencies
The Create Sale trigger is fired instantly from Sellfire, but how quickly that then syncs with the app to which Sellfire is connected depends on your pay tier with Zapier. If you have the highest pay tier, it will be as quick as 1 minute. In most cases, it is 15 minutes.
A maximum of 5 product selections from Sellfire are supported for each sale. If a rep processes a sale with more than 5 product line items, the first 5 of those product line items will be sent. The aggregate metrics, such as the Sale Total without discount field, will still reflect the total sum of all amounts associated to all products (including products 6+) selected by reps.
