A: The module shows a rolling list of your recent manual activities. For historical data beyond this scope, the Dashboard > Coaching view has columns for SMS, emails, and dials in a time frame that you choose.
Q: Are group emails or messages displayed?
A: Only emails and texts sent directly by you, as a sales representative, are shown in the module.
Q: What happens to my old "Recent Dials" data?
A: All phone call data has been integrated into the new "Recent Activities" module, so you can still track calls alongside emails and texts.
