Welcome to the new Rep Dialer experience, which includes updates to the Rep Dialer section along with the current call screen and the Lead Detail page!

Get things started at the top left of your screen, in the SUGGESTED section, where you can take action on the tasks that are suggested to you based on their readiness, ranking against your other open tasks, and any filters and sorts that you have applied.



We'll let you know the best contact method for your next lead. Just click the blue button at the bottom of the lead's card to make the magic happen.

At the top left of your screen, you can toggle between your different queues:

SUGGESTED: the actions that Sellfire has organized and prioritized for you.
CUSTOM: the leads that you've added via your System View > My Leads section, which is accessed from the left navigation bar.
PINNED: the leads that you have pinned by clicking the pin icon to the left of their business names.

You can also sort and filter your leads however you see fit.

Quick access to lead data

To the right, the drawers under the business name at the top provide you with more details for the lead that you have selected in your queue on the left. You can expand them to see, add, and edit contact information and additional lead data.

The lead's history, including activities and notes, is in a larger window so that you can get the context you need as quickly as possible prior to talking your action. Access past call results and recordings, emails, SMS, and notes directly from this section. Expand the activity tiles for even more details.

More space for the calendar

Here, you can take a look at what is already on the agenda for the day or week. You'll find any callbacks or demos that you've scheduled within Sellfire, as well as any events from your Google or Outlook calendar (assuming you've integrated your calendar).

Click on the week dropdown at the top left to toggle between week and day views. Click on the left or right arrows to quickly go forward or backward.

Real-time performance tracking and ranking

Don't lose track of how you're doing. At the top of your screen, monitor your own performance, including how you're tracking towards your daily goals and the carousel of personal metrics. Click on a tile to see how you're doing compared to other Reps in your organization.

Note that to scroll left or right in this section, you can either drag and drop or use the arrows at the far right of the screen.

Search for and add leads

If you're looking for one of your specific leads, go to the search bar here, and type in the phone number, business name, or contact name. We'll help you find what you're looking for.

Don't forget that you can always add new leads by clicking the plus icon next to the search bar at the top left of your screen.

New Activity Center

Our new Activity Center can be accessed at the bottom right of the screen and will be available to all user types while navigating throughout the platform. Included are sections for recent activities (Rep users only), an inbox (Rep users only) that includes email and SMS threads, and notifications (all users) to allow for quick and easy reference and actions.

Recent Activity (Rep users only)

View all of your recent activities for calls, emails, and SMS in one place.

Inbox (Rep users only)

View and interact with all of your email and SMS threads.

Notifications (All users)

View notifications for things like recently assigned leads, missed calls, email and SMS replies, and more.

Current call screen refresh

When dialing a lead, you are taken to the current call screen where you can continue to view and edit the lead's information and history, text and email the prospect, leave call notes, schedule events, and log call results.

The Lead Card will populate at the left of the screen. You can expand the Contact, Associated Contacts, More Info, and Related Records sections to view, add, and edit lead info.

To the right of the Lead Card is the Lead History section, where you can see an expanded view of all previous notes and activities.

The Call Results flow is accessed on the right side of the screen. Be sure to log accurate results for every call to ensure reporting is accurate and the lead automatically moves through the pipeline and populates in your queue as expected.

The control bar at the bottom of the screen can be dragged and dropped wherever works best for you.

Lead Detail page refresh

Click on the business name of a lead to navigate to the Lead Detail page and see an expanded view of the lead's activities, history, and data.
