Using the Sellfire mobile app
The Sellfire mobile app syncs with the web app to allow rep users to make and receive calls, log notes and call results, text, view their text and email inboxes, view events on their calendars, receive and manage notifications, and view their currently assigned/owned leads directly on their mobile device. Enablement and Manager users are able to monitor live calls, whisper or barge on those calls, view and assign leads, and receive and manage notifications.
NOTE: This is application is currently available only for Apple iOS devices. Android support is coming soon!
Download and login
Navigate to the Apple App Store, search for "Sellfire," and download the app. Login to the mobile app using the same username and password that you use to login to the web app.
IMPORTANT: In order for Managers and Reps to be able to access and use the mobile app, an Enablement user first needs to toggle on access for your organization.
Rep features
Rep users are able to make and receive calls, log notes and call results, text, view their text and email inboxes*, view events on their calendars, receive and manage notifications, and view their currently assigned/owned leads in their My Leads section.
*Note that reps are not able to send emails from the mobile app.
Making and receiving calls
Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls using your Sellfire phone number while maintaining Sellfire's reporting, call recording, and activity logging.
Outbound calls
Find the lead that you would like to call, click into the business name, access the CONTACT tab, and click the dial icon (first screenshot below). Once on a call, you will be able to view lead details, add call notes, and select call results, including scheduling future events and processing sales.

Incoming calls
When a prospect calls your Sellfire phone number, you will see a typical incoming call popup appear on your cell phone with "Sellfire Audio," the prospect's business name (if available on the lead), contact name (if available on the lead), and phone number.
Texting
Send and receive SMS using your Sellfire phone number. Find the lead that you would like to text, click into the business name, access the CONTACT tab, and click the text icon.
Viewing your schedule
Navigate to your schedule to view events on your monthly, weekly, or daily calendar.

Searching your leads
Use your My Leads section to search and filter your currently assigned and owned leads. Search for specific leads, add filters, add a lead, and save views for quick reference.
Click on a business name to access the lead details.
Viewing your email and SMS inbox
Navigate to your inbox to view all of your email* and SMS messages.
*Note that reps are not able to send emails from the mobile app.
Managing notifications
Navigate to the Notification Center to determine the types of push notifications that you would like to receive and the days of the week and times of day that you would like to receive them.
Enablement and Manager features
Enablement and Manager users are able to search, filter, and reassign All Leads, live call monitor (whisper and barge), and receive and manage notifications for things like demo reminders and end of day reports.
Live call monitoring
Navigate to the Rep Call Status page to see your reps' current call statuses, including the types and duration of their calls.
Joining calls
Swipe left on a rep, and click WHISPER or BARGE to join their call (first screenshot below). In WHISPER mode, only the rep will be able to hear you when unmuted. In BARGE mode, both the rep and prospect will be able to hear you when unmuted. When you join the call after clicking CONTINUE (second screenshot below) and accepting the resulting incoming call (third screenshot below), you will be automatically muted. To unmute yourself, click the crossed-out microphone icon at the bottom left of your device (fourth screenshot below).
To switch from whispering to barging or vice versa, click on the Whisper Mode or Barge Mode button at the bottom of the screen.
Filtering calls
At the top of your device, add filters by call type and/or team / rep to quickly monitor the calls that you would like to prioritize.
Using the All Leads section
Use the All Leads section to search and filter all of your organization's leads, save views for easy reference, and unassign or reassign leads to reps.
Click on a business name to access the lead details.
Managing notifications
Navigate to the Notification Center to determine the types of push notifications that you would like to receive and the days of the week and times of day that you would like to receive them.
